Here I am, finally re-making this roasted red pepper sauce that I've been meaning to make for months. It is creamy, smooth, savory and slightly sweet, and when it comes to pasta, it makes the perfect alternative to tomato sauce.
It's been a while since I made (sweet) pancakes so I figured it was about time. Also, there's nothing better than starting the day with something so delicious, yet healthy. And everyone can enjoy this recipe, unless you're allergic to coconut. In that case I feel for you.
Just like everybody else, I also happen to crave ice cream throughout the summer months. Maybe it's because I grew up eating it and I have good memories about it. Or maybe it's because it's hot outside and I need something to cool down.
I know, I know, a while back I told you I don't like cauliflower, but there was this beautiful purple cauliflower at the store and I couldn't help but buy it. I mean, it's purple, how does it get any better than that?
One of the reasons - maybe the only reason - I like summer is that I can enjoy a cold smoothie without freezing. And I love them because you can put whatever you want in them and they turn out delicious most of the time.
