But it's not only the beauty, those vegetables are indeed rich in vitamin C, minerals such as calcium, iron, phosphorus and potassium, not to mention the high fiber content.

Yesterday morning I had the first glimpse of autumn. I indeed woke up to a gloomy, foggy and rainy day, which to be honest is my favourite kind of day. I know it can be depressing for most people, but I just love it.
